THE JOURNEY BEHIND ESCAPE 360
Escape 360 Cafe was born from the visionary minds of Chef Rosie and Pete Keopaseut, seasoned restaurateurs and creators of the renowned Thai Noodle Wave and Wave Bowl concepts. Their journey began with a dream to create more than a coffee shop — they wanted to build an immersive escape.
After over 21 years of culinary excellence, the couple traveled extensively, visiting some of the world’s most inspiring cafes and boutique coffee houses. These experiences led them to a realization: coffee can be more than a drink — it can be an experience.
During their time in Thailand, Rosie connected with local roasters and became deeply inspired by the artistry behind coffee creation. She began blending her culinary expertise with a new passion: crafting beverages that are both beautiful and unforgettable.
Thus, Escape 360 Cafe was born — a luxurious, sensory-rich café inspired by the lush tranquility of Southeast Asia and elevated by modern design.
