Discovery Call
A 30-minute conversation with the franchise team.
No pitch — a mutual fit assessment. We learn your operating background and timeline; you learn how the brand and the partnership actually work.
Mutual Diligence
Exchange of information, financial qualification, brand alignment.
We confirm capital readiness and review brand alignment together. This is a two-way process — diligence protects you as much as it protects the brand.
FDD Review & Visit
The Franchise Disclosure Document, and an in-person visit.
Qualified candidates receive the FDD and visit a flagship in Carrollton or McKinney, meet the founders, and experience the room they’ll be building.
Agreement & Launch
Franchise agreement signed, site selection begins.
We sign, select your site, and set an opening timeline. From here the support engine — design, training, marketing — turns on.
